- If the tour is canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, no compensation will be provided to either party in accordance with standard policy.
- In such cases, cancellation notice will be given approximately 3-4 days before the scheduled departure date.
Final Departure Notice
- Final meeting time and location will be sent via text message 1-2 business days before departure. (No phone calls will be made.)

Train Ticket Information
- Train tickets can be secured starting one month prior to the departure date, in accordance with Korail regulations.
- If train tickets cannot be secured, departure/arrival stations and times may be changed, or the tour may be canceled.
- This tour operates based on remaining seat availability. Seat ion and train direction cannot be guaranteed, and seats for the same group may not be adjacent.
Combined Tour Operation Notice
- This is a combined tour product. No tour guide will accompany passengers on the round-trip train.
- Participants will meet the tour staff at the arrival station.
- The tour may be operated together with customers from other travel agencies.
- Depending on the number of participants, the tour will be led by either a driver-guide or a tour escort.
