Minimum Participants
- The minimum number of participants required for this tour is 15.
- If the tour is canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, no compensation will be provided to either party in accordance with the standard policy.
- In such cases, cancellation notice will be given approximately 3-4 days before the scheduled departure date.
Final Departure Notice
- Final meeting time and location will be sent via text message 1-2 business days before departure. (No phone calls will be made.)

Payment Information

- Payment must be completed within 2 hours after reservation. Unpaid reservations may be automatically canceled.
Train Ticket Information
- Train tickets are purchased one month prior to departure date, in accordance with Korail regulations.
- If train tickets cannot be secured on time, due to high demand, departure/arrival stations and times might change, or the tour might get canceled.
- This tour operates on pre-purchased seats. Therefore, seat assignments and placements cannot be guaranteed. Seats may not be adjacent to accompanying party.

- 24시간 취소 가능(18:00부터는 익일 취소에 해당). 단 토·일요일 및 공휴일은 취소규정일자에 포함되지 않습니다.
- 온라인에서 카드로 결제한 고객은 온라인으로 취소 시 즉시 처리 됩니다.
- 카드결제에 따른 환불처리는 카드사에 따라 3~4일정도 소요되며, 가상계좌 및 은행환불 접수는 근무시간 기준 2~3일 소요됩니다.
3) 여행출발시각까지 미연락, 미도착 및 중도포기 시 여행경비는 환불되지 않습니다.
4) 숙박상품의 경우 객실 변경에 따른 차액이 발생할 수 있습니다.
