○ Minimum number of Participants
- The minimum number of participants required for this tour is 1.
- If the tour is canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, no compensation will be provided to either party in accordance with the standard policy.
- In such cases, cancellation notice will be given approximately 3-4 days before the scheduled departure date.
○ Final Departure Notice
- Please arrive at the designated location 20~30 mins prior to departure, as the tour will depart on time
- The detailed travel information will be sent via confirmation email 3 days prior to departure date.

※ Customer Service Hours: Weekdays 09:00-18:00 (Closed on Sundays and public holidays)
- 100% cancellation fee will be applied, if cancellations are made less than 4 days before departure date.
Cancellations are not possible on weekends and public holidays.
- Weekends and public holidays are not included in the cancellation request date. (Please be especially careful when making reservations for departures on Mondays and the day after public holidays.)
- Refunds are not possible due to tardiness or no-show.

- 출발 1일전·당일 예약취소/변경 : 환불 불가
※ 토·일요일, 공휴일, 여행 출발 당일은 취소규정일자에 포함되지 않으며, 18:00부터는 익일 취소로 간주됩니다.

2) 인터넷/모바일
- 24시간 취소 가능(18:00부터는 익일 취소에 해당). 단 토·일요일 및 공휴일은 취소규정일자에 포함되지 않습니다.
- 온라인에서 카드로 결제한 고객은 온라인으로 취소 시 즉시 처리 됩니다.
- 카드결제에 따른 환불처리는 카드사에 따라 3~4일정도 소요되며, 가상계좌 및 은행환불 접수는 근무시간 기준 2~3일 소요됩니다.
3) 여행출발시각까지 미연락, 미도착 및 중도포기 시 여행경비는 환불되지 않습니다.
4) 숙박상품의 경우 객실 변경에 따른 차액이 발생할 수 있습니다.
※ 일부 별도의 취소수수료 규정이 적용되는 상품은 해당 상품의 취소수수료 규정이 적용됩니다.
