- Seat direction (forward or backward) and specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed, and group members may be seated separately.
- For odd-numbered groups, a seat next to you may be occupied by another traveler.

- 24시간 취소 가능(18:00부터는 익일 취소에 해당). 단 토·일요일 및 공휴일은 취소규정일자에 포함되지 않습니다.
- 온라인에서 카드로 결제한 고객은 온라인으로 취소 시 즉시 처리 됩니다.
- 카드결제에 따른 환불처리는 카드사에 따라 3~4일정도 소요되며, 가상계좌 및 은행환불 접수는 근무시간 기준 2~3일 소요됩니다.
3) 여행출발시각까지 미연락, 미도착 및 중도포기 시 여행경비는 환불되지 않습니다.
4) 숙박상품의 경우 객실 변경에 따른 차액이 발생할 수 있습니다.
