Meeting Location and Instructions Please gather in front of the [Korail Tourism Development Information Banner] located across from the ticket office on the 3rd floor of the Seoul Station waiting room. The exact meeting time and location will be sent via email one business day before departure. (Please note that phone calls will not be made.) If you plan to board at an intermediate stop, instructions and seat information will be provided via email 1–2 business days prior to departure. The minimum number of participants for this tour is 200. If the minimum number is not met, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, no compensation will be provided in accordance with mutual agreement principles. Participants will be notified 3–4 days prior to departure if the tour is canceled. - 24시간 취소 가능(18:00부터는 익일 취소에 해당). 단 토·일요일 및 공휴일은 취소규정일자에 포함되지 않습니다.
- 온라인에서 카드로 결제한 고객은 온라인으로 취소 시 즉시 처리 됩니다.
- 카드결제에 따른 환불처리는 카드사에 따라 3~4일정도 소요되며, 가상계좌 및 은행환불 접수는 근무시간 기준 2~3일 소요됩니다.
3) 여행출발시각까지 미연락, 미도착 및 중도포기 시 여행경비는 환불되지 않습니다.
4) 숙박상품의 경우 객실 변경에 따른 차액이 발생할 수 있습니다.
